Como usar um misturador de cimento
Guia operacional que abrange ordem de carregamento, tempo de mistura, controle de água e limpeza.
The Golden Rule: Loading Order
Never dump dry powder into a wet drum alone, and never dump powder into a dry drum first.
- Start the drum spinning.
- Add ALL the water.
- Add the aggregate (gravel/sand).
- Add the cement last.
💧
1. Water First
Pour your measured water into the spinning drum. This lubricates the drum prevents the mix from sticking to the sides.
🪨
2. Add Aggregate
Add your sand and gravel. Let it spin for a minute. The water will wash the rocks and create a slurry.
🏗️
3. Add Cement
Break the cement bag onto the breaker bar (if equipped) or shovel it in carefully. The spinning aggregate breaks up the cement clumps.
⏱️
4. Mix for 3 Minutes
Let it mix for about 3 minutes. Stop and check consistency. It should hold its shape but look wet (like oatmeal).
Troubleshooting Your Mix
| Problem | Diagnosis | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Too Crumbly | Too dry | Add water carefully (cup by cup) |
| Internal "Soup" | Too wet | Add handfuls of sand/cement mix |
| Dry Balls | Loaded wrong | Use a shovel to break them up manually (STOP mixer first!) |
⚠️ Safety Checklist
- ❌ Never put your shovel inside the drum while it's turning.
- ❌ Don't wear loose clothing that can catch in gears.
- ✅ Always wear eye protection (cement splash is alkaline and burns).
- ✅ Place mixer on firm, level ground before loading.
